This project is located in Bel Air- an existing hillside home surrounded by local plant species. Our clients wanted to renovate the existing house to maximize buildable square footage, while still maintaining a functional backyard for their family to enjoy. The owners have a fresh perspective on residential design and a firm commitment to minimalism.
