WHO WE ARE

Adam O. Sauer, AIA is a licensed architect in California with extensive experience in diverse projects ranging from cultural and institutional buildings to high-end residential homes, corporate office interiors, and public projects. His laid-back demeanor and distinctive Texan accent make him a relatable and approachable figure in the architecture community. Adam’s expertise and experience allow him to bring a refined and thoughtful perspective to every project he undertakes, ensuring that each design is both innovative and functional.

Geoffrey S. Braiman, AIA a licensed architect in Florida, Wyoming and New York, is celebrated for his exceptional ability to read people and personalities. He knows when to give space and when to push for progress, balancing these instincts to drive projects forward. Geoffrey’s grasp of life’s simple truths, his willingness to explore unconventional ideas, and his ability to think outside the box continually inspire our team to redefine what it means to be an architecture studio. His leadership fosters a creative and dynamic environment where groundbreaking ideas can flourish.

Braimansauer architects was founded with a passion to create something new and different from the inherent top-down approach to design and architecture, which we think is BS. We believe the users, not the architect’s ego, should inform design. Before forming braimansauer, we worked at award winning and heavily published firms designing spaces for top performing hedge funds, global data analytics companies, building secure information spaces for governments, public bridges, schools, and spatially rebranding national retail companies. Our practice was born from the desire to build off of the errors we encountered in most architecture firms. We don’t impose our vision on the users; instead, we engage in a performative practice, deeply understanding the unique needs and idiosyncrasies of our clients and users and building space that support those needs. Our designs are tailored to the user’s specifications, ensuring that the spaces we create support and enhance the lives of those who inhabit them.
