Who We Are

We are an architectural firm passionate about designing thoughtfully crafted, high-quality custom homes. As we reflect on the challenges of rebuilding entire neighborhoods in Los Angeles, we feel a deep responsibility to support our community’s recovery. Our mission is to preserve what we can—protecting natural landscapes, retaining the spirit of cherished commercial districts and sacred spaces, honoring historic structures, and safeguarding rich-with-meaning family homes. By highlighting the history and character that make neighborhoods like Altadena and Pacific Palisades so significant, we aim to rebuild with intention and respect for the past while looking toward a hopeful future.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that those affected by the fires can feasibly and realistically rebuild their homes—infused with identity, upheld by high-quality standards, and with reduced financial and logistical barriers wherever possible.

Rebuilding in Los Angeles (City and County) is notoriously cumbersome, and the sheer volume of work required to restore these communities is immense. The standard rebuilding process may be too lengthy for some fire victims, which is why we are determined to ease the burden. By standardizing portions of the required documentation and submitting multiple projects simultaneously, we aim to streamline the process, significantly reduce permitting timelines, and lower soft costs, making the rebuilding journey more accessible.

The Mayor’s office has already taken steps to expedite the process through the Emergency Executive Order issued on January 13, 2025. We are closely monitoring additional legislation and will update this page as more changes take effect.

By gathering details about parcel sizes, typologies, and other parameters, we can identify lots that align with our standardized criteria. Our goal is to offer significantly reduced fees, making the rebuilding process more accessible and achievable for those impacted.
